Murraya’s orders are sent via reputed shipping partners. Once your order is processed, it usually reaches the customer within 2 to 3 days.

A flat non-refundable charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable on Cash on Delivery orders (COD)
For large COD orders, a 20% adjustable advance payment may be requested prior to dispatch as order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible pin codes. Customers can check eligibility for Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

We do not ship to any PO Boxes or APO Addresses.

International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don’t dispatch incomplete orders.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
